Terms & Conditions

1. Local Map Optimization Fee: The fee is a non-refundable charge, however, we will do our best to resolve any complaints to the best of our abilities.

2. Guarantee: Link Acquisitions does not offer a guarantee of return on investment or actual search placements. However, we do guarantee that your business will be submitted to 57 local search directories, mobile directories, navigation systems, and 411 databases in a highly optimized, well formatted manner. We will pack your listing with proper text, pictures, and videos that will make you stand out. We will also bolster your reviews, and guide you in making any necessary changes on your web site to help your listings rank higher. Most of our clients achieve first page placement but it can also depend on how competitive your industry and locations are.

3. Rights & Permissions: Client has obtained all rights and permissions required to use any pictures, artwork, or videos provided to Link Acquisitions for the creation of their listings.

4. No Liability for Damages: In no event shall Link Acquisitions or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this product, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any case, Contractor and its suppliers' entire liability under any provision of this agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the local listing with said search engines, web site development, creative development and promotional products inclusive. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply.

5. Authority: The person signing on behalf of the Client hereby personally represents and warrants that she/he has full authority to approve Contractor's service. Contractor accepts any orders herein in reliance on that representation and warranty.

6. Updating: Link Aquisitions Inc. reserves the right without penalty to upgrade client profiles "At Will" in order to meet current SEO guidelines which may temporarily interrupt service.

7. Correspondences: All correspondences sent by mail must be sent as delivery receipt requested. Please store your delivered receipts for your records. Please maintain all fax delivery confirmation receipts.

8. Communications: Client agrees to be an active participant in their internet marketing campaign and agrees to respond to Link Acquisitions requests within a reasonable time frame (Three Business Days).

9. Reviews Concerning Link Acquisitions: Client agrees to attempt to resolve any issues with Link Acquisitions by contacting them with their complaint before leaving any negative feedback or reviews. Client also agrees that they must wait 8 weeks from the order date before leaving any negative feedback or reviews since it can take 8 weeks for all the results of a campaign to get processed by third party data processors.

10. Cancellation of Recurring Billing: Client agrees that his or her business listing will be deleted upon termination of the recurring billing cycle and is unrecoverable.

11. Terms and Conditions: Link Acquisitions maintains the right to change its terms and conditions without notice. To validate your terms and conditions of your agreement, we highly recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions to be stored with your application on file.
